PAUL BORDERS is a Principal Consultant with Life Cycle Engineering, Inc. (LCE). Prior to joining LCE, Paul worked as a strategic manufacturing manager for over 17 years. His experience includes progressive expertise in top quality plant operations, quality control, safety, and environmental management. As a plant leader, Paul delivered significant performance improvements in operating metrics: productivity, quality, safety, cost-effectiveness, profitability, and employee engagement. He has gained extensive experience across a wide variety of industries including oil refining, chemicals, mining, metals and pharmaceuticals. His first hand experience in implementing Reliability excellence uniquely positions him to assist others. Enabled through LCE’s Reliability Excellence (Rx) process, Paul helps companies sustain performance improvements by driving culture change to ensure new systems become a fundamental way of life. Paul is also a facilitator with the Life Cycle Institute where he uses high impact learning techniques to teach courses including Reliability Excellence for Managers (RxM). He is also certified by PROSCI as a Change Management professional and is very adept at applying these principles to create successful client outcomes. A persuasive, respected leader and team builder, Paul is skilled in cross-functional collaboration with all operating departments of an organization.

John L. Clouatre

JOHN L. CLOUATRE is a Maintenance Management subject-matter expert with over 38 years of experience. His expertise includes extensive knowledge of oil and gas maintenance management, computerized maintenance management systems (SAP PM) and productions operations environment. The foundation of John’s experience has been with Shell Exploration & Production Company (SEPCO) where he held various positions including Senior SAP Systems Solutions Expert, Field Supervisor and Maintenance & Integrity Integration Focal Point. He was also the Maintenance Planning Lead for North Caspian Productions Operations Company for 3 years. As a consultant, John has supported various roles in SAP PM for Newmont Mining, New Gold Inc, Marine Well Containment Co., Hess Corp., BHP Jansen Potash and the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

R. Keith Mobley, MBB, CMRP

 R. KEITH MOBLEY is a Principal Consultant with Life Cycle Engineering. Keith has earned an international reputation as a leader in corporate transformations, reliability engineering and process optimization. He is on the advisory boards of ANSI and ISO; a Distinguished Lecturer for ASME; and recipient of the Smarro Award for outstanding contribution in engineering and reliability. Keith has 45 years of combined business, finance, engineering and consulting experience in a wide variety of industries. He has 20 years of international consulting experience and 25 years experience in corporate positions including V.P. Engineering and Manufacturing, V.P. Finance, V.P. Marketing, and Sales E.V.P. and COO. He has also served as President and CEO of a $50M international consulting, engineering services and training company specializing in corporate transformations. Keith has served on Technical Advisory Boards for the Technical Association for Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI), Association of Iron and Steel Engineers (AISE), Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). Motorola-Juran Institute trained, he is a Master Black Belt with hundreds of successful projects and 20 years of direct Lean-Six Sigma application. He is also certified by PROSCI in change management. Mobley is the author of 22 textbooks including: Total Plant Performance Management, Plant Engineer’s Handbook, Maintenance Engineering Handbook, Rules of Thumb for Reliability Engineers, Introduction to Predictive Maintenance.

Andrew Norman

ANDREW NORMAN has over thirty-five years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a lubrication specialist and manufacturing engineer, college instructor, heavy equipment superintendent, diesel propulsion systems expert, maintenance consultant, and mechanical equipment expert. He has extensive experience in lubrication, maintenance and reliability, manufacturing processes, root cause analysis, process documentation, plant management, maintenance planning and scheduling, and all phases of industrial asset management. Andrew brings a wealth of mechanical maintenance experience and knowledge from manufacturing processes to maintenance execution. His 35 years of manufacturing and maintenance experience at all levels provides a well-rounded expert in the areas of maintenance training, maintenance implementation, maintenance management, and process documentation. He is a PROSCI-certified change management professional. He is also an SME-certified Manufacturing Engineering Technologist, a Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional, and was an ASE-certified Master Mechanic in three separate areas; automotive, heavy-duty trucks, and automotive machining.
