Workshop Overview

The University of Alabama's Crimson Lean Six Sigma Transactional Green Belt is designed for individuals and their organizations seeking to improve their overall operational and financial performance by minimizing waste and improving customer satisfaction. This course is delivered in a blended  learning format which enables you to master the material with a minimum amount of travel and in-person class time. 

During the course term, you will propose and receive instructor approval of a real-work application project to be worked through to completion. Additionally, you will interact with instructors and other students in your class through Blackboard Collaborate study halls and private coaching sessions. Your learning experience will culminate with a highly interactive, dynamic, face-to-face session at the Bryant Conference Center on The University of Alabama campus. This session includes an experiential simulation event and practice test. The final exam will be administered online at the end of the course term.

Course includes Engine Room (ER) software with no additional fee. Participants may also use EXCEL SPC software which must be purchased separately.
